*Students fee available for Phd students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates. Certification of student status will be required for online registration. If you are a STUDENT, please enclose a copy of your student enrolment here.

The registration fee includes: Accreditations for congress participation and presentations (oral and posters), coffee breaks, gala dinner and the field trip which includes bus and picnic.

Places are assigned strictly in accordance with order of payment. Your registration will only be accepted after payment has been received. Early fees are only applicable if the registration form and payment are received until 2nd May 2025.

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration fees are transferable. Name changes must be informed by e-mail.
All refund requests must be informed by e-mail.
Cancellation on or before 3rd March: Full refund less a cancellation fee of 20 €.
From 3rd March: No refunds can be made for cancellations or failure to attend.
