The Congress registration fee includes:

  • Pre-congress workshops and gala banquet are not included


The pre-congress workshop fee includes admission to the corresponding workshop. The gala banquet dinner fee includes dinner, music and dancing, and round trip bus transportation.


Places are assigned strictly in accordance with order of payment. Your registration will only be accepted after payment has been received. Early fees are only accepted if payment is received before 3rd September.

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Registration fees are transferable. Name changes must be informed by e-mail.
Cancellation on or before 1st September 2024: Full refund less a cancellation fee of 50 €.
After this date no refunds can be made for cancellations or failure to attend.
