Delegate registration includes access to the scientific programme, conference documentation and kit, morning and afternoon coffees, welcome cocktail, four lunch or dinner services at the hotel, gala dinner with transport, and Friday's excursion, which includes the coach, lunch, and a visit to the caves and the museum.

Accompanying person's fee includes the social programme and meals (welcome cocktail, four lunch or dinner services at the hotel, gala dinner with transport) and Friday's excursion which includes the coach, lunch, and a visit to the caves and the museum, but excludes the scientific programme, coffees, and the conference kit.

Accommodation is not included in the fee and must be arranged separately (https://eiec2026.com/accommodation)
