For each accepted paper, a regular registration is required for at least one of the authors.


Student registration is available for undergraduate, master and Phd students ONLY. Certification of student status will be required for online registration. If you are a STUDENT, please enclose a copy of your student ID (only PDF file) here.

RTTH Member registration is for researchers of groups that participate in the Red Temática de Technologías del Habla. Please indicate the name of the research group and the Institution here:

 

The Albayzin Evaluation registration is for those participants that cannot attend the conference. It covers the participation in the evaluation, publication of their work, and remote presentation.


The regular and student registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all technical sessions
  • Coffee breaks, lunch 2 days, welcome reception and banquet
  • Proceedings Program booklet
  • Certificate of attendance


Places are assigned strictly in accordance with order of payment. Your registration will only be accepted after payment has been received.

 

Early fees are only applicable if the registration form and payment are received until October 21, 2018. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the regular registration rates will be applied.

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Registration fees are transferable. Name changes must be informed by e-mail.
All refund requests must be received in writing by email or regular mail. 

Cancellation on or before October 21, 2018: Full refund less a cancellation fee of 50 €
From October 22, 2018: No refunds can be made for cancellations or failure to attend.
