*PhD Student fee is not available for post-doctorates. Students must include below a document that shall prove their course enrolment.

The registration fee includes: Attendance to all sessions, book of abstracts (online), lunches (Monday and Tuesday), coffee breaks, and certificate of attendance.

Places are assigned strictly in accordance with order of payment. Your registration will only be accepted after payment has been received. Early fees are only applicable if the registration form and payment are received until 2nd May 2025.

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration fees are transferable. Name changes must be informed by e-mail.
All refund requests must be informed by e-mail.
Cancellation on or before 31st July: Full refund less a cancellation fee of 50 €.
From 1st August: No refunds can be made for cancellations or failure to attend.
