The registration fee includes full access to plenary lectures, poster and oral sessions, exhibition, coffee breaks, lunches on 23, 24 and 25, welcome cocktail, conference dinner, a copy of the proceedings (PDF) and certificate of attendance.

Places are assigned strictly in accordance with order of payment. Your registration will only be accepted after payment has been received. Early fees are only applicable if the registration form and payment are received until 16th September, 2024.

CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration fees are non-transferable.
All refund requests must be received by email at: olga@activacongresos.com.
Cancellation on or before September 30th, 2024: Full refund, minus 80 Eur for administration fees.
Thereafter no refunds can be made for cancellations or failure to attend.
