The conference registration fee includes:

  • Attendance to the scientific and poster sessions, and technical exhibitions

* The registration fee covers the publication of a single proceeding. Each additional proceeding has a cost of 22 EUR. A maximum of two abstracts/proceedings can be submitted for each invited and for each regular registration fee. A maximum of one abstract/proceeding can be submitted for each student reduced-registration fee.
** A copy of the IEEE membership card as a proof of IEEE membership and status must be provided during registration process.
*** A copy of student ID or index collegium (showing enrollment in current semester) as a proof of student status must be provided during registration process.
**** The Accompanying Person registration fee DOES NOT include attendance to the scientific and poster sessions of the conference.

CHANGE AND CANCELATION POLICIES

 

In case of an emergency that prevents the original presenter from attending, the registration may be transferred to another presenter, subject to the prior agreement of the TPC co-chairs within 14 days before the start of the conference.
In case a request for cancelation takes place on June 16, 2025 or before, the paid conference fee, reduced by the administration fee of 50 EUR, shall be reimbursed to the Participant within 14 days from the date of receiving by the Organizer a written statement of withdrawal from the conference participation by the Participant. In case of card payment, the amount shall be reimbursed directly to the Participant's card.
If the request for cancelation takes place after June 16, 2025, and/or a Participant fails to attend the conference, the conference fee shall not be reimbursed.

By attending the conference, the public expressly and gratuitously authorizes UPC to capture and record their image, voice, and name in order to allow the fullest use of the recordings and/or photographs taken during the conference and their subsequent dissemination, without temporal or spatial limitation, through any medium and/or support (including the Internet) or by any form of communication, with the aim of publicizing the conference.
